     The Bonita Springs Loyal Order of the Moose was instituted on
     March 10th 1985 with 158 charter members. These members held
     Their meetings and functions mostly at Gargiulo's Tomato packing house
     on Old 41 in Bonita. The charter members raised enough money to
     purchase this property and started construction on the building in 1987.
     This building was finished on July 12th 1988 and the grand opening of the
     Bonita Springs Moose Lodge #1454 was held on August 5th 1988. Since then
     we have grown in membership and have become a Family Center with over
     1400 members combined between men and women.
